This week, the mobile version of the Inforum page will get a huge improvement in both form and functionality.
Highlights of the improved site include:
- Better layout for mobile devices that is optimized for both landscape and portrait orientations.
- Desktop shortcuts for iOS based devices.
- HTML5 based
- Easy navigation to the Area Voices site
- Geolocation for the marketplace maps
Embracing some of the newer mobile technologies is a great step for the Inforum. As a mobile consumer, the inForum is one of the sites that I frequent, and I am looking forward to a better user experience with the new format!
