Expand Your Content Knowledge in 2014

For content professionals, the learning opportunities in 2014 are expanding and exciting.

Content strategy and content marketing are becoming much more prominent topics on the conference circuit. And if regional or national gatherings aren’t feasible, you’ll likely find content-related learning opportunities closer to home.

Here are a few that stand out in 2014. (Wish we could attend them all.)

For Content Strategy Nerds:
NowWhat? Conference (April 23-24, Sioux Falls): Kristina Halvorson and Karen McGrane lead this impressive lineup.
Confab Central (May 7-9, Minneapolis): The “original” Confab has many fresh voices in this year’s program.
Confab for Nonprofits (June 16, Chicago): This is a new conference from the Confab Events folks.
Confab Higher Ed (November 12-14, Atlanta): A gathering that brings together higher education content professionals.

For Content Marketing Professionals:
Authority Intensive (May 7-9, Denver): A new event with a stellar group of presenters including Seth Godin, Darren Rowse and Ann Handley.
Content Marketing World (September 8-11, Cleveland): Kevin Spacey – Kevin Spacey! – is the closing keynote speaker at this growing event.

For Anyone Who Works on the Web:
Minnewebcon (April 14-15, Minneapolis): Lisa Welchman’s keynote is a highlight here.
An Event Apart (various dates and locations): Always a solid lineup of speakers.

For Those Who Want to Learn Locally:
